Meet Your Host

Dr. Rachel Goode brings more than 15 years of experience in education to her role as Executive Director of Operations and Lead Consultant for K-12 Schools at Great Days Leadership Consulting. She has served as a principal, instructional specialist, and classroom teacher, most recently leading as Upper School Principal at Ezell-Harding Christian School.

With a strong background in school transformation, curriculum development, professional development, and strategic planning, Rachel has a passion for empowering educators and school leaders to grow in both confidence and effectiveness.

She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University, and has expertise in mentoring, instructional coaching, and leadership development which equips her to guide schools toward sustainable improvement and impactful change.
